I have a good news and a bad news.
The bad bad news is that when I double checked the data analysis procedure,
I found that I made a big mistake.
In running averagefMRI.m, I confused the scan order of one of my subjects.
Therefore, the following analyses should all be useless. (sigh...)
But look on the bright side of life.
The good news is that I found the bad news earlier than it's too late.
I can redo all the analyses tomorrow and we could have a new inspection of exp
results.
Hopefully it turns out to be a great results.
